Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief of People or similar senior HR role

• In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices

• Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws in Ireland

• Excellent leadership and people management skills

• Ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives aligned with company goals

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations

• Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and laws in Ireland

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR plans and solutions

• Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

• Champion a positive work culture and employee experience
